You call us
We assess over the phone whether we are able to repair the laptop remotely or whether it is not possible to repair your Acer laptop remotely
If we can repair the laptop remotely, we connect up via the internet & repair your laptop while you wait
In the case of a hardware repair - either you can send your laptop to us via a courier of your choice or we send a courier to collect your laptop (£24.99 for our collect & return service)
we receive your laptop the following day and assess it the same day
If parts are required we give you a hardware price - which you can accept or decline
given the go ahead we complete the repair (including performing a thorough test)
We then send the laptop back to you in fully working order
