• If you know what the problem is and know what part needs replacing then just call or email and we'll give you a price.

Remote Laptop Repairs

• Phone us, and once we have taken your details, we can pass you to an engineer. We will remotely connect with your computer provided you can access the internet, take over operation of the computer and resolve the problem. 
• If you have software, spyware or virus problems, we can fix your problem remotely and add an antivirus solution.

All our prices are fixed, so you only pay a one off fee no matter how long it takes!

If you want peace of mind, we offer two basic packages for annual cover:

• £69.99 – unlimited telephone and remote support
• £99.99 – remote and workshop service (limited to 4 workshop repairs per annum – we have never come across anyone with that level of need).

• Courier collection – we can arrange for a courier to collect your laptop from your home or workplace for FREE.

• Time – we are often able to repair your laptop on the day we receive it, so get your laptop repaired and returned to you in just 2-3 days!
