Collection Service

Get your PC and Laptop repair collected from your house or office – Monday to Friday

Wherever possible, we do online repairs. If you cannot get access to the internet then we cannot resolve the problem remotely.

In these circumstances we offer three options:

• If you live close enough to our central workshop, you can deliver and collect your PC or laptop from us in person.
• You can send your PC or laptop to us via a courier of your choice.
• We can arrange a collection for you!

If you would like us to collect the PC or laptop, pack your PC or laptop into a box ready for collection by our courier (please ensure that your computer is packed sufficiently - click here for detailed packing instructions).

The courier will collect your machine the same day, if you book prior to 12:00. We will receive your PC or laptop the next morning and will usually have it repaired and sent back to you the same day (subject to parts availability and your authorization of the repair). You will then receive your computer back the next day (in most cases, 2 days from initial call/e-mail).

The collection service enables us to get your PC or laptop to our head office for a more comprehensive repair service. We are able to perform substantial repair jobs in a very efficient time frame.

The collection service is available for customers in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and most of Scotland. The map below indicates what areas are covered for £24.99 (the areas in green).  For other areas, contact us for a special price.

Additional Insurance Cover
