Only £24.99! Whether you are a single incident or an annual cover customer, organising a collection is the same. In the event that we are unable to repair your pc or laptop on-line then we shall request that you allow us to collect your machine. We shall require you to pack your pc or laptop into a box ready for collection by our courier (please ensure that your computer is packed sufficiently well that it shall not be damaged in transit - click here for packing instructions). The courier shall collect your machine the same day, subject to collection being booked prior to 12:30. We shall receive your pc or laptop the next morning and will usually have it repaired and sent back to you the same day (subject to parts availability and your agreement). You will then receive your computer back the next day (most cases 2 days from initial call/e-mail) The collection service enables us to get your pc or laptop to our head office for a more comprehensive repair service. We are able to perform substantial repair jobs in a very efficient time frame. Collection is also available for those of you who do not wish for us to attempt to repair your pc or laptop on-line. Just book the collection and we shall look at any fault for you. The collection service is available for customers in England and some parts of Scotland. If you are a located outside of England please contact us and we shall make other arrangements with you.
