we need to collect the computer or laptop for repair e.g. in the event of laptop screen repairs – click here

you need some extra software e.g. Anti-virus to resolve the current problem and/or prevent it from occurring again

How do the online/ remote Computer Repairs work? - you all ask

actually this is quite simple and the technology to do this has been around for quite some time. If you use computers at work then you may have a maintenance contract with an IT Outsourcing company who are able to do this.
