In a nutshell both of these computer repair services work on a fixed labour cost basis ie you only pay the quoted labour value no matter what the repair or how long it takes! The only time we may charge you extra is if

we need to collect the computer or laptop for repair – click here
your computer needs some replacement hardware in order for it to be repaired
you need some extra software e.g. Anti-virus to resolve the current problem and/or prevent it from occurring again

How do we repair your computer online? - you all ask

actually this is quite simple and the technology to do this has been around for quite some time. If you use computers at work then you may have a maintenance contract with a computer repair service company who are able to do this. However most IT companies are not interested in small businesses or home users – but acesupport are!!! We use a mixture of telephone support & remote support software. What we will do is either ask you to go to a specific website or send you an e-mail with a website link inside it for you to click on. Once you've gone to the website you will be asked to fill in some information and install a small piece of software (don't worry we are only able to access your computer if you ask us to – the software won't let us connect) when the software is installed we can actually (with your permission) take control of your computer and begin the repair for you.
