Do you fix any problem?
So long as it's a problem with a PC or laptop - we fix anything, from a basic error message to a complete system failure. We resolve both software and hardware faults. We repair your PC or laptop both on-line and at our central workshop using expert technicians. There is nothing we cannot fix! If we are unable to repair the fault on-line then we can arrange to collect your computer. Not only do we repair faults but we also offer expert technical support on the most common applications.

Why would you need to collect my computer?
If you have a problem with your PC or laptop that we are unable to repair over the phone or on-line, we shall need to collect it. We are an on-line national repair centre meaning we are able to operate on a very efficient basis therefore offering our clients the best possible deals available for PC & laptop repairs. We keep our fixed costs low which gives us the ability to offer you low cost fixed price PC and laptop repairs and great support contracts.

When can you repair my PC or laptop?
On-line support can be offered for annual cover subscribers & single incident customers – usually on demand or at a convenient booked time to suit you. If you would like to make an appointment for one of our technicians to be available to deal with your PC or laptop fault at a specific time please request this either when calling to log the fault or state within the fault description. Should we need to collect your PC or laptop in order for us to complete the repair then this will usually take 2-3 days from date of collection.

What type of problems can you fix on-line?
The majority of common laptop & PC faults are resolvable on-line from Virus & Spyware problems to driver & operating system faults. We are able to run full diagnostics packages to determine hardware & software problems. The times when we may need to collect your PC would be to resolve issues like hardware faults, major operating system repairs & chronic virus infections.

We aim to have the lowest prices on the web (tell us if they are not) and we do this by operating a central workshop with the parts to keep your PC or laptop running and repaired quickly – MOST SAME DAY! More and more customers see courier collection and redelivery as convenient, time-saving and saves money on petrol; we do offer a carry in service, which will save on the courier collection service. The choice is yours. Our aim is to provide you with the service you want at the prices you like. If you book online, you can organize your repair when it is most convenient for you. We are giving a £5 discount off our courier collection and return service.

We offer a free quotation service, where we diagnose the problem and you make no commitment until we have come back with a fixed price. We offer a 'No Fix, No Fee' service and fixed prices for repairs, so you can be confident when selecting a repair service on what it will cost.
