FREE Diagnosis –  Computer Repair Service

We provide a FREE DIAGNOSIS service so you can get a fixed price for your repair before you commit. In many cases it is obvious what the problem is, so we already provide value for money. You can obtain fixed prices and buy online with a discount incentive of £5 if you need us to collect the PC or laptop.

In the rare event you deem it uneconomic to repair we can dispose of the laptop or pc for you at no cost.  We can also organise data transfer to an external hard drive for you, or even quote for a new laptop.  If you need us to ship the equipment back then we have a delivery charge of £24.99.

Free Diagnosis Process

On the day we receive your PC or laptop, an engineer will investigate the fault and identify the problem. A sales consultant will contact you by phone to inform you of the results and take your further instructions.

With the go-ahead to repair, our aim is then to complete the repair the same day or day following your instructions. This does add some extra time to the repair, so we have introduced parts and labour inclusive prices for laptops, allowing you to get your computer back quicker if you select that approach. This has proved to be our most popular laptop repair. 

Whenever you choose the FREE DIAGNOSIS we always do a ten-point-check covering all major functions of the machine. When we ring to ask for your authorisation to go ahead, we will tell you the results.

Double Warranty

Setting the industry standard – we offer a 6 month parts and labour warranty. Many providers offer no warranty and others only 3 months. How can we offer this? Simply by using high-quality parts and well-trained IT engineers.
