Many software problems are repaired remotely and you can see us solve your problem. We have 2 different remote support offers:-
- Minor Remote Support - £19.99 lasts 30 mins
- Unlimited Remote Support - £39.99 unlimited time but to fix 1 issue only
Should we be unable to repair your issue remotely then we can upgrade this to a physical repair and will collect your PC or laptop, repair it and return it to you fully repaired.

We will provide you with a tracking number; if you book by 4pm we can collect the following day!
We use DPD's swapit servive which means that the driver who turns up to collect your PC or laptop will turn up with a secure Plastic Box within which they will package your PC or laptop for you ready for transportation to our Repair facility. The drive packages the machine to ensure it is done correctly and cannot be damaged in transit.
