• £69.99 – unlimited telephone and remote support
• £99.99 – remote and workshop service (limited to 4 workshop repairs per annum – we have never come across anyone with that level of need).

We offer:

• Courier collection – we can arrange for a courier to collect your laptop from your home or workplace.  This is a FREE service.

If on the other hand we do not carry the particular part then we shall have to source the replacement component from one of our trade Distributors.
