The fixed-price, remote software support service is ideal for both home & business users who have problems with their PC or laptop computer, or would like some technical support to overcome a problem they are having.

There's no limit to the size or type of fault which we repair and is always for a fixed fee, whether it's virus removal or a general windows software fault.

Reinstall Operating System - £69.99 inc. vat

Reinstalling an operating system may be necessary if you have a corrupt operating system installation, system file corruption or poor performance. If you are running Windows as your operating system, it may not be able boot fully, or once booted, crash at unexpected times.

All-in Laptop Repair - £99.99 inc. vat

Includes the price of parts and labour, so if you’re not sure what the problem is, our fixed-fee cover is the service for you.

We will diagnose your problems, repair, install new parts and return to you – normally within 48-72 hours!

There are a number of exclusions where the parts are expensive, such as laptop screens, motherboards, casings, keyboards, multiple component failure, processors, and evidence of major damage. In these cases we will quote for a repair after inspection. Please send these to us for a free diagnosis.
