Reinstall Operating System

If you have got a problem with the installation of Windows on your PC or laptop, acesupport can perform a reinstallation service for you.

We are unable to perform this service remotely so we nee to collect your PC or laptop, get it back to our workshop do the necessary work and then return it to you.  This normally takes 2 working days from the collection day.

We are able to save any data which you have - though there is an additional cost for this. 

Effectively what you will get is your PC or laptop setup as though it were brand new again.  If you would like us to reinstall any software for you then this is covered by the £69.99 charge but we would need you to supply the software and license keys to enable us to install it for you.

The service works like this

• We will send a Secure Plastic box to your home or work address from where we will collect your PC or laptop.
• The Driver will package your machine up for you and give you a receipt confirming that we now have possession of it.
• The Courier will deliver your PC inside the plastic box which we will unpack
• We will perform the Operating system Reinstall for you the day we receive your PC or laptop
• We will then return your repaired PC or laptop back to you.
