In our Tuning and Optimisation offer, we include the following proceedures to get your computer working fast and efficiently:

• Removal of unnecessary start-up items: less time is taken from switching the computer on, to actually using it.
• Clean up unnecessary files: temporary internet files, cookies, etc.
• Check hardware resources (disk and memory) are sufficient for optimal running.
• Check error logs - see if PC is reporting any problems.
• Virus, malware and security review.
• Install necessary updates and patches for Microsoft.
• Report on undesirable software installed and offer removal.
