How can we do it?
We are a national on-line IT Support & repair centre. We are organized to provide services at the lowest cost and with very quick turnarounds.
We use one national repair centre and streamline all the repairs and support.
For just £69.99 we will provide IT support, technical support, PC repairs or laptop repairs for 12 months remotely. We will only charge you extra if:
- The fault is not repairable online: we have excellent deals on fixed price PC Repairs and laptop repairs; or you can upgrade to our Remote Support and Workshop contract of £99.99pa.
- New hardware or software are required to complete the repair: we supply the replacement hardware or software and complete the repair, you just pay for the hardware/software required!
We repair >95% of all faults online without the need to collect your PC or install new hardware or software. This means we can offer you the best quality of service around.
We know that most people put up with small computer problems caused by Spyware, wish they could find out how to do something, error messages because they don’t want to pay costly repair bills. This service offers you a way around that; meaning that you can call us for the smallest of problems anytime you like!
We can actually take control of your PC or laptop (with your permission of course) while you are on the internet, you can show us the problem you’re experiencing first hand. We are then able show you exactly what we’ve done to resolve the fault!
Receive a guaranteed 4 working hour response time for us to look at your fault. In fact we usually respond immediately unless we are experiencing extremely high levels of support calls in which case we’ll call or email you back – we will not leave you in a queuing system!
We are always on the end of the phone if you can’t get on our website or you would rather talk to someone.
