With our Single Incident there is a fixed fee of £24.99, this gives you access to one of our technicians for as long as it takes to guide you through the query which you have. This process happens on-line and therefore you can sit at the comfort of your own computer and talk to one of our technicians while they show you live on your own computer how to do the things you want to know how to do (unfortunately students this does not include writing your essays for you!!).

Annual Cover technical support

If you are new to computing or are constantly asking questions of others about how to do this or how to do that then our Annual Cover technical support service could very well be for you. This service gives you unlimited access to our technicians for a full 12 months for only £59.99!! In very much the same way as the Single Incident works this service is delivered on-line whilst you are sat in front of your computer! Not only will you be entitled to 12 months technical support but you are also covered should you have a fault with your computer within cover period! This means that no matter what the problem within the 12 month period your Annual Cover subscription should provide the solution! This is an invaluable service for new & experienced computer users!!!
