Warranty

All hardware repairs come with a six month return to base warranty on all repairs carried out. Warranty will be void if the machine has been tampered with or subsequently repaired or investigated by others.  The warranty does not cover faults that are different or unrelated to the original fault, if the equipment has been modified or improperly handled.

Equipment which is returned out of warranty will be charged the appropriate repair costs.


Costs and Payment

All prices are as displayed on our website, or as agreed after an investigation.  Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made by both major credit cards.


Collection and Delivery

Should you take out our courier collection service this can be same day if arranged before 12 am, otherwise it is next business day.

Claims for damage or loss of equipment during shipment/collection by our courier are in accordance with the courier and insurance companies terms and conditions. Any damage of goods should be reported within 24 hours.

Annual Support Contracts

The specific terms of the annual support contracts are available on www.acesupport.co.uk.  The contracts do not cover onsite support.  The equipment to be covered must be uniquely identified.  Email and messaging facilities are available 24/7.  Technical response times are available for a minimum of 40 hours per week.  Times are available on the website.  The company reserves the right to change the response times.

Remote service is only available for customers with a broadband connection and a PC or laptop able to connect to the internet. 

The PC or laptop can be changed in the event of sale or disposal.

If an upgrade or any other corrective action is recommended which is not actioned then the company reserves the right to withdraw service.

The company reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of excessive use of the service.


Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy. Annual Cover subscribers may cancel their subscription within 7 days from date of order so long as they have not yet used the service. Other repairs are refundable as long as we have not begun work on the repair.


Prices

The company reserves the right to change prices  without notice.

No responsibility can be made for any data loss during the repair procedure or any unexpected events occurring.

No responsibility can be made for equipment which may deteriorate during inspection/repair.

No responsibility for the expiration of the manufacturers original warranty should a repair/inspection have been carried out.
