AceSupport Terms & Conditions of use The Annual Fee covers remote support & in-house labour only – on-site visits are not included in this fee You are entitled to an unlimited number of support calls within the 12 month period We are not responsible for any loss of data while your computer is being repaired - either remotely or at our head office Hardware & PC Collection services incur additional charges which must be paid for prior to collection where possible. The annual charge covers support for 1 PC – PC’s must be registered at time of joining, you may change the registered pc at any time during the 12 month period Support is offered 8am-8pm Mon-Fri 9am-1pm Sat excluding Bank Holidays Guaranteed response time 4 working hrs Some support call may result in upgrades being recommended – should engineers recommendations not be followed we shall be unable to continue support for the PC until the suggested action has been taken In some instance we may issue instructions for you to follow to enable a resolution without the requirement for a PC collection We are happy to collect your machine and repair at our head office if this is more convenient subject to the collection charge being paid in advance In the event of collection we aim to turn around within 1 working day subject to courier & hardware availability. However in some cases this may take significantly longer, if so you would be informed A PC and Broadband connection is required We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time within the 12 month period if we feel your issue is not reasonably resolvable We may offer extra services at the time of repair e.g. Data Transfer, you shall be notified at the time of repair about the extra services and the additional charges which will be applied Where necessary and it is required to Format your hard disk we shall endeavour to ensure that your machine has all the necessary software installed however in some cases you may need to re-install software yourself During a support call we may require access to your system & 3rd party software CD’s please make sure that these are accessible to enable our engineers to do their jobs efficiently Should a collection be required please ensure that your computer and any other software & hardware are well packaged prior to collection by our courier, we can not be held responsible for damage due to poorly packaged parcels. In order for us to effectively repair you pc remotely our engineers may need to “take control” of your machine you must allow us to do this where requested. Refund policyRefunds, Returns & Replacement Policy. Annual Cover subscribers may cancel their subscription within 7 days from date of order so long as they have not yet used the service. Single Incidents are refundable as long as we have not begun work on your incident. The collection service enables us to collect your pc or laptop and return it to you, we can not guarantee how long this process will take. |
