If we can repair the laptop remotely, we connect up via the internet & repair your laptop while you wait
In the case of a hardware repair - You can send the laptop in to us or we send a courier to collect your laptop (cost for this is only £24.99)
we receive your laptop the following day and assess it the same day
If parts are required we give you a hardware price - which you can accept or decline
given the go ahead we complete the repair (including performing a thorough test)
We then send the laptop back to you in fully working order
